Reports

Reports provide scheduled snapshots of your GEO performance for sharing with stakeholders or reviewing historical progress.

Available report types

• Visibility Summary — Visibility Score trend, tier breakdown, top mentions
• Competitor Report — head-to-head SoV comparison across prompts
• Citation Report — sources gained and lost, citation gap summary
• Optimize Report — actions completed, impact measured, briefs generated

Scheduling

Reports can be scheduled weekly or monthly. A report run captures data at the time of generation and stores it for 12 months.

White label

Agency accounts can white-label reports with a custom logo and brand colors. White-labeling is available on Growth and Enterprise plans.

BI connector

Genlytic exports report data in JSON format compatible with common BI tools. The export endpoint returns the same data shown in the reports UI. See the API Reference for the report export format.
